Marina View Apartment 20 @ Port Owen is a lovely self-catering apartment situated in a secure estate, right on the banks of the Berg River in the Port Owen Marina. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase while on their visit to Velddrif.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a dining table. A dishwasher and washing machine are available for added convenience. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a private balcony with a braai, an outdoor dining area and unspoiled views of the marina and direct access to the marina via a shared jetty. The complex boasts a communal swimming pool, braai facilities and a putt-putt course. Secure parking is available on the premises. Activities on-site include fishing, canoeing and cycling.
