Convenient location, secure, affordable and a pleasant apartment. A couple of minor issues on arrival were swiftly and efficiently sorted out by the very helpful room cleaning lady when I brought it to her attention. The apartment served my purpose perfectly while in Cape Town on business for 5 days.

Nice stay but it could have been "next level" with a little "housekeeping". It was very convenient except for the clogged shower drain and sink faucet which was completely loose. I reported it to Damion and it was fixed the same day. The bathroom needs a good "deep clean". The fridge is on the coldest setting and froze my milk. When I turned it off the next day, the ice in the freezer section had melted and the kitchen floor was under water. I had to dry it up without a "mop". The description of the area is misleading with Cattle Baron on the ground floor and Utophia on the top floor; these places are far away!
