Clean and neat. Mediterranean Palms is a clean and tidy duplex apartment. On the ground floor is only the fully equipped kitchen. It has a gas stove and all the necessary crockery. On the upper floor is the living/dining area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom is an en-suite bathroom, which means that those sleeping in the second bedroom have to walk through the main bedroom to use the bathroom. For a family this should not be a problem, but it can be quite uncomfortable for e.g. two different couples. The upper floor has wooden floors, which are beautiful, well maintained and very clean, but they creak a lot. When someone moves around, it is especially disturbing at night. When those sleeping in the second bedroom visit the bathroom, everyone wakes up. We let them know in advance that we are five people who need a place to sleep.
