Melkbos Aan See is a beautiful, self-catering home situated in a complex in the quaint coastal town of Melkbosstrand where nothing comes short, with all amenities you require within your surroundings.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and spacious living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. There is also a guest toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer; as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The house offers 2 lounge areas, one being a more formal lounge, leading to a more comfortable sitting area, and a built-in braai area and bar. There is a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels, and free Wi-Fi access is provided.
Outside there is a covered sitting area and 8-seater dining table overlooking the splash pool, a lush green garden as well as the picture-perfect Atlantic Ocean.
