The service overall was excellent. Clear communication and very neat units. Excellent service received. The staff was so very helpful since the parking floors can be a bit confusing if you do not pay attention to where your vehicle is located in the underground and which lift to use to get back to your car. They were all very patient and helpful when I got lost twice. I highly recommend this establishment and it is also very conveniently located next to Menlyn Maine for easy shopping and dining.
