This spacious, open-plan studio has a queen-size bed, sofa bed with a double futon mattress, kitchenette with all the necessary appliances, full bathroom and a balcony with a private outside staircase on the side of the main house. There is also a study area with a desk, ideal for business travellers. The room has a TV and media unit but there is no DStv. Free WiFi is available and Telkom is the internet service provider. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden, braai area and swimming pool. The braai area is available upon request. An allocated, undercover parking bay is provided. Washing and ironing services can be arranged with the hostess.

This unit is part of the main house but has its own private, exclusive verandah entrance and full en-suite bathroom with a bath and handheld shower - the unit is spacious enough to accommodate a mattress as an extra sleeping option upon request. The unit has basic self-catering appliances as a kitchenette that include a bar fridge, microwave, and cutlery. A starter hospitality tray, cereal, and rusks are available. Other amenities include a TV with OVHD. DStv is not provided. A safe, undercover parking space is provided. The cosy verandah that serves as the private entrance is a bonus for the unit. In winter, it is bright and sunny, has a view of the semi-tropical garden. The property is around schools and within a tipical family residential area that can be busy and noisy at times during the week.
