Description

7 Milkwood Point offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully newly modernised furnished apartment, with breathtaking views of the beach, rocks and breakers. The apartment is situated in a well-maintained complex in a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking Umkobi Beach in Southbroom.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and is at the end of the corridor, so it has no passing traffic and is completely private. The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, an open-plan kitchen, a lounge and a dining room. There is free WiFi and a smart TV connected to DStv, available on request, Netflix, and YouTube. An inverter is installed so guests will not be affected by load shedding. Water is always available as the complex has a borehole for water.

The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and a his and her basin. The second bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds, and the third bedroom has a double bed. The family shower room is fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin. Duvets, blankets and extra covers are available for when it is cold and flat sheets for when it’s hot. The living area and bedrooms have ceiling fans.

There are 2 beach chairs, beach towels, games, puzzles and a small selection of books.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, microwave, air fryer, and a Breville Barista Express coffee machine, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer for convenience. There is also a counter area with 2 barstools. The open-plan living area is spacious and has a comfy corner couch, a TV and opens to the kitchen and dining area. This leads to an enclosed verandah with sliding doors that has a spectacular view of the ocean.

Guests have access to a lock-up garage, available on request, as well as covered on-site parking.

The upmarket complex offers good security, a playground, 2 swimming pools, a braai area, and beautiful manicured gardens. There is a pedestrian gate just 30 m from the beach.

Southbroom offers stunning swimming beaches, a variety of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops, as well as a scenic golf course, tennis and paddleball facilities, and beautiful walking trails. With its friendly atmosphere and relaxed coastal charm, this South Coast gem is well worth a visit.
