Description
Mintakaroo On Sea is a quaint and cosy family holiday home located in Linkside, one of the oldest areas in Mossel Bay. It can accommodate 6 adults, 1 child, and 2 infants, offering a peaceful family escape.
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a crib for babies aged 0-3 years, and a single mattress for a child. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with camp cots available. The third “bedroom” is a kids’ loft with bunk beds, accessed by a ladder and built over the stairwell. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, toilet, and basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a 1-plate induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living area features a dining table and comfortable seating. Limited Wi-Fi is available.
This home is set in a protected heritage area, overlooking the historic town of Mossel Bay. It is within walking distance of the town centre and popular attractions such as the St. Blaize Lighthouse, as well as the beach with stunning views of the sea and harbour. Whale watching is a popular pastime in Mossel Bay and can be enjoyed from the bedroom window or while having breakfast on the patio.
Point Beach is a popular surf spot, and The Point area offers many activities, including mini golf, the longest ‘over-sea’ zip line, a prehistoric cave, the St. Blaize Lighthouse, restaurants, cafés, coffee and ice cream vendors, an aquarium, shops, bars, beach walkways, benches, a tidal pool, and a jungle gym for children.
