Description

Stunning self-catering 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex apartment at the popular Tides complex which is a short 320 metre walk from the Struisbaai main beach. The unit can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, office desk and chair and full en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, private balcony with patio furniture and en-suite toilet and shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower only. All bedrooms have ample cupboard space and all bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the 1st floor.

There is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Books and board games are available. Full self-catering facilities are provided with chest freezer, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, microwave, oven, stove, toaster and washing machine.

Sliding doors open up to an outdoor undercover braai area with patio furniture on the ground floor. The terrace, located on the 2nd floor, has a sea view on one side and pool view on the other and an undercover braai area with patio furniture.

There is a single garage with wash basin and inter-leading entrance to the apartment. There is a reserved parking space in front of the garage and guests are welcome to use the additional parking bays located outside the complex.

Fast uncapped internet and WiFi is available. The smart TV in the lounge has Amazon Prime, Disney for Kids, Netflix, ShowMax and YouTube Premium. there is no DStv but you can sign in to the DStv app on the smart TV using your own account.

The complex has a shared garden area with gated pool and swimming area.
