Modern Retro Apartments consists of modern and well-equipped self-catering accommodation located on the owner’s property but with its own private entrances, in a 24-hour security village in Moreleta Park, Pretoria.

The accommodation comprises the Modern Stylish Retro Apartment, Work@Home Apartment, and the Modern Chic Bachelor Unit of which both can accommodate 2 guests.

The Modern Stylish Retro Apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises a bedroom, bathroom, and an open-plan kitchenette, dining, and living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing up sink, and cutlery and crockery. The living area contains a 2-seater dining table and chairs, a comfy couch, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The apartment opens to a private patio and garden with outdoor furniture and weber braai facilities.

The Work@Home Apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises a bedroom, bathroom, and an open-plan kitchenette, dining, and living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Other facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, a TV, undercover parking, a lounge area, an open plan kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, utensils, crockery, and cutlery and the living area is equipped with a table that can be extended to create an office working space.

Modern Chic Bachelor Unit is an open-plan apartment with a queen-size bed, lounge area with a TV, dining table, kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette is ideal for heat-and-eat facilities and features a 2-plate gas stove, microwave, and bar fridge. Outside is a private garden area.

Provision is made for load shedding by solar panels and UPS. The property also has water tanks in case of water outages.
