Description
Moeg Geploeg Lodge is a self-catering unit that is situated in Sunwich Port 14 km from Port Shepstone, a mere 200 m from Sunwichport Beach, 2 km from Southport Blue Flag Beach and walking distance from 2 well-known restaurants. The police station is situated on the same street, just 200 m away.
The studio lodge comprises a main sleeping area, a kitchen, an en-suite bathroom, and a separate guest toilet. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed. A plasma TV with Openview is provided; guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card if they wish to enjoy TV during their holiday. The lodge has air conditioning in the sleeping area, available at an additional cost. The kitchen is equipped with a two-plate gas stove, fridge-freezer, crockery, microwave, and cutlery, as well as a table with four chairs. The bathroom includes a shower, basin, and toilet.
The apartment leads to a large sitting area with a dining table that seats 6, a dart board and reading material. There are 2 single beds. There is also free unlimited Wi-Fi and secure covered parking. Wood for the outdoor braai is free. The lodge supplies its own water and electricity.
The premises are secured 24 hours by CCTV and a security firm. The lodge has its own water on site and is not dependent on municipal water supply. If the power supply is interrupted there are 12-volt LED lights that just need to be turned on at a switch. Covered parking behind a locked gate is available.
Moeg Geploeg Lodge is 30 km from Oribi Gorge and Eland Lake, and 10 km from Hibberdene and 30 km from Margate. There are 5 top golf courses within a 40 km radius of the lodge.
