Pearlmar Views is a well-equipped apartment located in the safe Parel Valley area of Somerset West, and is within close proximity to Strand beach, various restaurants, shops, amenities, and activities.

This charming self-catering apartment can accommodate 3 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed and shares the use of the bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. An extra mattress or camping cot for children can be requested. Linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. It extends to a dining table and further opens up to the lounge, which is furnished with comfy couches and a TV with Netflix, DStv and YouTube. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The lounge opens up to the wooden deck with braai facilities, outdoor seating, and a beautiful view overlooking the winelands and the bay. Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises.
