Description
Mopama Manor offers comfortable self-catering accommodation on a tranquil working farm just outside Swellendam, making it an ideal countryside retreat for families, friends, or couples seeking peace and quiet surrounded by nature.
The house can accommodate up to 11 adults, 2 children, and a toddler, and comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. Bedroom one is furnished with a king-size bed, 2 children’s mattresses, and a toddler bed. Its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. Bedroom two contains 2 single beds. Bedroom three is furnished with a queen-size bed, while bedroom four has a king-size bed as well as a single bed. Bedroom five also contains 2 single beds. These bedrooms share the use of 2 additional bathrooms, each fitted with either a shower or a bath and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The living area features a farm-style kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a central breakfast table. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available for added convenience. The main lounge offers ample comfortable seating and a wood-burning fireplace, along with an 8-seater dining table and chairs. A cosy TV lounge is also provided, furnished with comfortable couches, a foosball table, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
Outside, guests can unwind on the patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities, while enjoying the peaceful farm surroundings. Secure parking is available. Whether you're exploring nearby hiking trails, birdwatching, or simply soaking up the countryside atmosphere, Mopama Manor offers a warm and welcoming base to experience the rural charm of the Overberg region.
