Morgenzon is an upmarket self-catering family home in the scenic Swartland area in Clarens, far enough from the town square to enjoy the peace and quiet that Clarens is known for, and yet close enough, within an approximate 10-minute walk, to the town square, where all the restaurants, shops and galleries are situated. The house is ideal for weekend getaways or longer stays.

Morgenzon can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and a shower, a toilet and twin washbasins. The room opens onto a balcony with a view of the mountains. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The upstairs loft room, which overlooks the lounge, is furnished with 2 three-quarter beds. These 3 rooms share a second bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. A separate toilet is available.

The kitchen with granite surfaces and modern appliances is fully equipped for self-catering, with a gas hob, electric oven, 2 fridge-freezers, a kettle, coffee machine, air fryer, breadmaker, ice machine, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The house is also equipped with a washing machine. Morgenzon is designed for comfort and relaxation. The lounge has a flat-screen TV with DStv and free Wi-Fi. The dining room and lounge are open-plan and lead into an enclosed patio, which is equipped with an indoor charcoal braai. The patio and its large windows enable guests to enjoy the 180-degree views of the Rooiberg mountains, which surround this part of Clarens.

For outdoor braais during the day and on summer evenings, next to a beautiful, unfenced swimming pool, a kettle braai is available. On cold evenings, an indoor braai area is available. A double garage is available for secure parking.
