Description

Namakwa Country Cottage is a cosy cottage nestled on a farm in the Hantam Mountains, 40 km gravel road from Calvinia and offers an exclusive getaway destination for nature lovers.

This studio cottage has a capacity of 2 guests at a time and comprises an open-plan design. The sleeping area is furnished with a queen-size bed fitted with quality linen and an electric blanket for those cold winter nights. A bath, shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the en-suite bathroom.

Leading from the bedroom area, there is a lounge and dining space as well as a kitchen equipped with heat-and-eat facilities such as a 2-plate stove, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. This lounge area includes a fireplace for guests to keep warm.

This cottage features a covered patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities and offers walking trails, open skies for stargazing, complete tranquillity, a lapa for evening fires as well as beautiful seasonal flowers.
