Awesome. Had a great stay. The place was so nice, spacious, very neat and organised. They might have to put thicker windows to reduce the noise from the trucks travelling on the road, but that was a minor issue compared to the great experience.

Ideally located but poor apartment management/upkeep. I booked a 14-night stay as I previously used you in SA. Issues arose from day one upon entry after 3 days of international travel, the aircon remote was missing and upon enquiring, I was informed it would be brought in a bit later the same day (Sunday). I only received the aircon remote the following night. Agent was made aware (Monday) of concerns and was assured that the following day the toilet seat would be sorted, over a week and no progress. Similarly, on Monday night, arrangements were made with the agent to change linen and have housekeeping performed on Friday, this did not happen. I followed up with an e-mail to you highlighting some concerns. The first unit appeared modern however lacked upkeep as the toilet seat was not secured, the shower door was not mounted properly, the built-in shelving was missing clips and selves left in and on unit spaces, only one pot and one frying pan however the photo advert reflects differently. E-mailed photos along with concerns the following Monday and I was moved to another apartment on Tuesday. On the 2nd apartment, no can opener as in the 1st unit however a can opener was later brought to the apartment. Severe plumbing issues with water hammer noise and the 2nd unit stench from either the toilet, shower or basin trap. The hot water tap only turns and is non-functional in the kitchen basin. The exterior sliding door cannot lock. Apart from some of the experience mentioned above, the apartment is ideally located. You and the owners must take ownership in ensuring the apartments are ready for occupancy as funds are paid upfront.
