Spectacular self catering accommodation. We have stayed many times at Naries and will be returning. The setting is incredible and the night sky is a real treat. The accommodation is very nice; our choice is the self catering cottages. They are nicely furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements, cutlery and crockery. Naries is, in our opinion, the nicest place to stay in the Springbok area. It is a bit out of town, but this is possibly what makes it so special.

Fantastic. We love staying at Naries. The ambience is fantastic, the staff attentive and helpful, and we get to braai inside on cold days but outside when the weather is good. The views are wonderful, and the accommodation is excellent, clean and well-equipped for self-catering. For us, Naries is a wonderful place to stay, pretty remote but very nice. A piece of heaven with warm hospitality and pampering down to the finest detail. What a wonderful privilege to be able to experience a heavenly treat here. Spending the night at Naries Namakwa Retreat in one of the mountain huts was one of the places on our "bucket list". However, to sleep only one night there was far too little! We were warmly received and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and moved dinner so that we could drop off and freshen up after the long day's drive from the Richtersveld.
