Nautica Petite is a charming self-catering ground floor apartment in Strand, just a short walk from the beach. It offers an ideal location for friends and family seeking a coastal getaway.

The unit accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans along with a breakfast bar and stools. For added convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer are also available. The lounge offers ample comfortable seating, a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services, and a 4-seater dining table. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout.

The unit features a balcony from where guests can enjoy the fresh sea breeze. The complex offers communal braai facilities; however, guests are required to bring their own braai equipment. Secure basement parking is available.
