Nguni Country Lodge is situated in the quiet Karoo village of Middelburg in the Eastern Cape and offers comfortable accommodation in peaceful surroundings, within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Accommodation is offered in a variety of double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a private entrance. The rooms are equipped with tea- and coffee-making facilities, a bar fridge, and a TV with DStv channels. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be arranged in advance and at an additional cost. Guests have access to Wi-Fi and braai facilities, and secure parking is provided.

Nguni Country Lodge is situated off the N9, between Johannesburg and the Garden Route, making it an ideal stop-over destination. Middelburg is known for its woollen products, local artists, leather factory, naturally occurring herbal plant life, San rock art, Karoo lamb, and scenic beauty. Attractions in the surrounding area include Camdeboo National Park, Fonteinbos Nature Reserve, and the Valley of Desolation. The Idwala Hiking Trail and Impofu Hiking Trail are located just under an hour away.
