Nthakeni Bush and River Campsites is nestled on the banks of the Mutale River, a hidden gem of far north-east Limpopo. The camp is a nature lover's paradise with excellent birding and unique flora. This property offers a rustic self-catering experience perfect for a small family or a group of friends seeking a tranquil escape. With its charming ambiance, this unit offers something for everyone to enjoy, making it the ideal spot to soak up the sun, unwind, and relax.

This property offers guests a choice of 5 campsites and can accommodate up to 6 to 12 guests at a time. Each campsite has access to the ablution blocks fitted with a shower. Campers must use their own solar systems should they require power for their fridges and appliances. Guests must bring along their own gear.

Accommodation at Nthakeni Bush and River Camp ranges from a group tented camp, comfortable thatched-roof cottages, riverside camp stands, bush camp stands, and rustic camp stands. The main camp area offers a rock pool and a small kiosk shop that sells basic necessities.

Additionally, this property has braai facilities, Wi-Fi access and guests are afforded secure parking on the property. Guests can swim in a lovely swimming pool, take self-drive bush drives, explore one of the hiking trails, go bird watching and stargazing.
