Enjoyable stay. Room C4 was beautiful and clean. The view was good from the outside deck area, but not really from within the room as you look onto the deck and tops of trees beyond that. Breakfast was good, although one morning we couldn't get a table and had to stand around waiting until one became available. Outstanding service received from Mark at reception - my husband forgot his suit in the cupboard and Mark immediately arranged for it to be couriered. Very grateful to him, and credit for his excellent service.

5 star accommodation, the best in Cape Town. Ocean View House is short of 1 star, they deserve 5 stars! This was the best experience, with the best view and weekend we had in a long time. Can go for beach walks, near the best restaurants. Their breakfast is outstanding and their staff are so professional. We will most certainly be back!

Beautiful view, very helpful staff, wonderful room. Highly recommend. The views were lovely, the staff was amazing and incredibly helpful, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the ambiance of the guest house was beautiful. The staff called us taxis to go wherever we needed and were always kind. The housekeeping kept coming in while we were in the room, though, so I wish they were more flexible with the hours.
