The Ocean View Penthouse is ideally situated in a secure complex right on the beachfront in Ballito. This private penthouse apartment, which is situated in a hub of the town’s most happening hot spots, allows for the relaxation of a memorable beach getaway for families.
The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en suite. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second bathroom is shared between the other 2 bedrooms.
The entire penthouse is temperature controlled by individual air-conditioning units. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. The living area contains a large plasma TV with DStv. The modern and spacious living area leads onto a covered patio. The patio is private and has a lovely view of the ocean, which has a gas braai and an outside eating area.

Ballito, located 40 km north of Durban on the North Coast, is a popular beach destination. Willard Beach offers safe swimming with lifeguards and shark nets, while the nearby tidal pool is a family-friendly alternative. The area is also well known for fishing and spearfishing.
