It was on. The stay was enjoyable. However, the unit is not as clean as I expected. The bedding in the main bedroom was stained. The main bedroom also smells like mould. The outside area was dusty and dirty. I also noticed spider webs in the one drawer in the kitchen.

Hi Anisha, We are sorry to hear about your experience and will endeavour to do better. If I may reply to your points: 1. We double checked all the linen and did not find any stains. We throw out anything that is stained. 2. We will look into any smells in the main bedroom. 3. The outside area is always wiped, swept, and mopped the day before or on the day guests arrive; however, we do face the ocean and there are units renovating around us, so anything beyond that is out of our control. 4. We have since done another deep clean of all drawers in the unit.
