What an amazing place to stay. This is a gem to stay over. Far enough from the main road, close enough to the countryside. Centre in the middle of a piece of history. A big shoutout to Ann who made staying there an absolute experience. I will very certainly be back!

Peaceful and beautiful. Very neat and clean with a warm welcome. Very interesting town. Only two suggestions would be a fridge in the room and the shower water was very unpredictable and fluctuated between ice cold and boiling hot. The pressure was also very bad.

A good place for peace and quiet. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The accommodation was clean and neat. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and attended to our special requests. Just a note to anyone travelling by motorcycle, the access road to Old Thomas River Historical Village is not in a good condition, i.e. very corrugated and sandy in places. Fantastic atmosphere, friendly owners, everything was perfect, made a lot of effort for us. We felt very much at home, even though we arrived late in the evening. They waited for us and offered to prepare food for the children when we said we were going to have a barbecue. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Had a great sleep and they prepared food packages for us for breakfast which was very nice. They had beds ready for the students in the backpackers with bedding. The stay and company was something to remember, a good memory.
