Description

Ons C-huis is a beautiful seafront holiday house with uninterrupted sea views, situated between Gansbaai and De Kelders in the Overberg region.

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, all fitted with air conditioning and heating systems. The main bedroom boasts lovely sea views and contains a queen-size bed as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom, also boasting lovely sea views, has a double bed and has access to the separate family bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and shower. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and its en-suite bathroom has a shower. The 4th bedroom with a garden view also has access to the family bathroom. All linen and towels are supplied.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features an air fryer, microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. The scullery has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a dishwasher. The spacious living area has an 8-seater dining table, and the lounge area offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen Smart TV that includes a full selection of DStv channels, Showmax, and YouTube. The living room also boasts a combustion stove and indoor braai facilities.

On the spacious deck, guests will find braai facilities, outdoor furniture, and a dining table. The patio offers guests a stunning sea view and whale-watching opportunities from July to November each year. A games area is also provided in the double garage, featuring a table tennis table, darts, and a pool table. Secure parking for 2 vehicles is provided in the double garage, with automated garage doors. The house is also fitted with a 5 kW inverter and battery to provide back-up electricity in the event of load shedding.

The house is within walking distance from Stanford’s Cove, Gansbaai tidal pool and Gansbaai Harbour. Nature lovers can walk the 50 km of unspoiled Gansbaai shoreline ideal for swimming, hiking, surfing, and angling, and this area is also a popular region for shark cage diving.
