Description

Orca View is a self-catering apartment located on the host’s property, in the seaside area of Melkbosstrand. This holiday home is the ideal base from which to explore the various attractions in the area.

This ground-floor apartment can accommodate 8 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed with a pull-out single bed and has access to the second separate bathroom which has a bath and shower. The third bedroom has a double bed.

The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a 4-plate electric stove, and other appliances and utensils. There is a separate living area which has a Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix. The main living area has an indoor braai facility, an 8-seater dining table and large comfortable lounge area which leads onto a covered patio offering beautiful views of Melkbos Beach.

Private off-street parking is available behind locked gates of the property. In addition, the property is within close proximity to restaurants, a few shops and other facilities in the town.
