Overberg Gems - The Blue House is situated in the quaint little town of Stanford in the Western Cape, between Hermanus and Gansbaai. This is an ideal accommodation to explore the Overberg area as well as the coast. This spacious Victorian cottage is perfectly positioned in the historic core of Stanford.

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms furnished with double beds and a third bedroom containing a bunk bed. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath. Bedding and towels are provided.

There is a large fireplace in the lounge and an 8-seater table in the country-style kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

The cottage has a TV with selected DStv channels. The cottage leads out onto a vine-covered patio with an outdoor table which is ideal for those long summer lunches while overlooking the garden filled with fruit trees.

The boulles court is a fun way to spend the afternoon and the hot outdoor shower is wonderful for a quick rinse-off after a day on the river.

Take a stroll down the gravel road to the river for a paddle, a birding boat trip or a meander on the bank.
