Comfortable and safe place. It was comfortable. Just a pity that the shower taps were reversed. We could not get any hot water for a shower.

Average and convenient. We chose Palm Villa simply because it was close to another venue where we were attending a function. The room had a few basic faults: 1) The water pressure was very low, one could barely shower. 2) Maintenance in the room is not up to standard: e.g. a bin with a lid, a loose/crooked shelf in the bathroom that one fears could give way at any moment and fall to the floor. 3) Soap container, which had already fallen off the shelf and is lying on the floor. 4) The room was overcrowded, with a bunch of chairs and cupboards that served no purpose. 5) The TV had no sound, and there was no one on site at the time to help.
