Description

Parker's Place is a charming and stylish self-catering guest suite set on the secure country Dunsinane Estate in Merrivale.

The suite can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises an upstairs mezzanine bedroom, and a downstairs open-plan kitchen, dining and living area and a bathroom. There are no internal doors. The upstairs mezzanine-style bedroom contains a queen-size bed with an electric blanket, a standing fan, and a dressing table.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a 2-plate mini-stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, microwave, air fryer, kettle, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area contains a 2-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains 2 chairs and a flat-screen TV with DStv and Netflix. The bathroom contains a bath and a shower, a toilet and a wash basin.

Outside, there is a private covered patio with outdoor dining furniture, a Weber braai and beautiful views. Secure undercover parking is provided. The property also has solar power and a backup generator in case of load shedding.

The guest suite is securely fenced for all pet-friendly visits.
