The main living area includes a TV with DStv and leads out to a private entertainment courtyard, which boasts a heated lap pool, a covered verandah with outdoor seating, and a gas braai. A double garage is available for secure parking. This layout is ideal for families, groups of friends, or golf lovers.
This property has a large back-up solar system that will ensure you have power during loadshedding hours. This does not however operate the heated pool pump, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and aircons.
