This beautiful, secluded airconditioned Unit is in the secure Pezula Private Golf Estate in Knysna a town along the Garden Route in the Western Cape. Offering total seclusion, privacy and comfort. This Unit has two en-suite bedrooms accommodating 4 guests comfortably. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be converted into a king size bed with bath and shower. The second bedroom also has two singles that is convertible to a king size bed upon request fitted with a shower and bathtub. Smart TV's are provided in both these rooms for your added leisure. Ample space on the upper deck for sun-bathing, an 8-seater table under the gazebo is perfect for dining under the stars and spotlights.
The open-plan living space features a dining area and TV room furnished with a comfortable couch and a large smart TV. An antique vintage Bar cabinet contributes to those relaxing moments. The bonus is the de-humidifier that secures moisture free air, and the air purifier improves the overall indoor air quality. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, front-loader washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a stacked lockable storeroom with all essentials needed for a home away from home feel.
Braai facilities available for those outdoor gatherings and secure off-street parking is available for two cars for added peace of mind. Guests can enjoy the views of the golf course and forest from the sun deck as well as the ocean in the not too far distance.
