Great overnight stop. Great stop when on the way to Botswana as very close to the border crossing. Food was fantastic as well.

Pleasant breakaway to the bush. The units are very nice and equipped with what we needed. The lodge gardens are beautiful and they have catered for the little ones with small scooters and bicycles, a nice swimming pool and a jungle gym. Each chalet has its own boma from the outside 'stoep' and we enjoyed the late-night fire in the cooler weather. We encountered a herd of about 16 elephants one day riding along the river, fishing was not successful due to the weather but plenty of nice places next to the river where it could have been possible, just be wary of the hippos! The chalets were cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly. The first night and the last morning we enjoyed food from the restaurant and they are recommended!
