The home comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an open bathtub in the room, overlooking Iconic Point, and also features an en-suite bathroom equipped with a basin, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bedroom downstairs is equipped with a double bed. There is a lounge area next to the bedroom, a small kitchenette, and a sleeper couch for 1 adult or two small children. All rooms, lounges, and braai areas have a TV. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Linens are provided; however, guests need to bring their own bath and beach towels.
The open-plan living space features a lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with DStv. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. There is also a washing machine for guests' convenience.
