Travelled with my clients, was a nice stay. Very nice. Coffee facilities were just very limited and the DV boards are untidy and one of our units' TVs didn't work, another unit didn't have sufficient hot water. Other than this, the place was very nice, the service was very friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient, thank you! Very neat, could put a place in the family unit's second bathroom to put something on. Also not a chair in the rooms or mirror where you can dry your hair.

Not value for the money paid. Place is neat and cleaned daily. Lots of small cups for use in making coffee. Fridge has compartments that can only hold certain sizes of bottles/cans. During booking there was no mention anywhere that you need to bring your own details if you wanted to watch DStv to sign in. The receptionist's response was that everyone who comes there knows to bring their own sign in details. She did help download DStv so I could watch. This should perhaps be mentioned on the website. You do not get a remote control for the entrance gate. You are reliant on them to open and close it. There is a camera at the gate, which I assume they must see you with. However, I had to call every time during the day that the gate was opened. In the evening there is a security guard who did open it. This was about the only option available during Innibos. For that purpose, the 8 km road there is very unsafe in the evening from the Innibos site. The road is not lit, and turning off the main road onto the path to the lodge can be a problem.
