Poplier Huis is situated in the peaceful Overberg village of Greyton. Lying at the foot of the beautiful Riversonderend Mountain Nature Reserve.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is one twin bedroom on the ground floor for guests who'd rather avoid stairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher and a Nespresso for coffee. The dining area has seating space for 10 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with full DStv channels and a fireplace. Wi-Fi is available.

The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area which has outdoor patio furniture, and braai facilities. The patio overlooks the spacious enclosed garden.

The property has secure off street parking for at least 3 vehicles and has secure storage for bicycles in the garage.

The name Poplier Huis is derived from the distinctive feature of the solid poplar wood beams that were used to construct the ceilings. The built-in staircase offers easy access upstairs, please mind your head as the height is only 1.5 m.
