Description

Raaswater is a neat, spacious self-catering unit that offers accommodation in the harbour town of Yzerfontein. It is located about 100 steps from the beach. A walking path along the sea takes you to the harbour.

The spacious and well-equipped apartment is located on the ground floor of the owner's home and is suitable for 2 guests only. There is also sleeping space for a third guest at an additional cost. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV while the bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The apartment is 74 m².

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and kettle. Additional facilities include a braai area, and access to free Wi-Fi, DStv, and Netflix.

There is safe parking for one vehicle. The garage door opens with a remote.

A small backyard with a lawn looks north and overlooks a green strip. The front is south and therefore cool in summer.

In the event of a power failure, there is a generator to keep the lights on and the television.

Yzerfontein is known for its natural scenic beauty and vast stretches of unspoilt beaches, including the 16 Mile Beach stretching from the main beach towards the West Coast National Park that borders the town. Beautiful wildflowers can also be seen from the middle of August.
