Fantastic. Beautiful large house with indoor braai/fireplace which was very nice in the cold. Could walk around everywhere on the owner's farm. Beautiful view of the Matroosberg mountains which had some snow. Very helpful and friendly owners.

Beautiful clean near location. Beautiful clean place close to Aquila Game Reserve, if you want to go for a day trip. Hosts are friendly and welcoming. The best part is to sit and braai outside on the veranda under the starry skies.

Fantastic getaway with our children. Spacious house with most of what you need in a kitchen. Indoor and outdoor braai for the sunny days, and the cold evenings. Lovely surroundings.

Peace and quiet! We enjoyed our stay at Ratelbosch Farm. The peace and quiet of the farm life is so inviting. The accommodation was clean and contained almost everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Absolute bliss. Words cannot explain how magical this farm is. Peace and quiet. We took our 3 dogs and visited the dam every day. Large living spaces and a huge indoor fireplace next to the massive kitchen are a dream for a foodie. This farmhouse can be enjoyed at any time of the year. I cannot wait for our next visit.

Fantastic! This place is absolutely amazing! The location and property are incredibly beautiful, and the large garden is fully enclosed with a secure fence to keep your pets from wandering off. The farm offers amazing views, walks and stunning sunsets. The house, kitchen, bedrooms and braai areas are all well furnished with everything you could need for an incredibly comfortable stay. Our hostess, Lilani, was clear and prompt in all her communications with us, and very accommodating! We will definitely book this accommodation again!

We had a lovely stay at Ratelbosch. Our kids had a great time, especially feeding the little hanslam. Just take your clothes, food and drinks. House is fully equipped with everything to have a memorable weekend.
