Restio View 11 is a beautiful holiday villa in the picturesque coastal town of Gordons Bay and it is the ideal option for a break away by the sea. The villa boasts a swimming pool and a magnificent view of False Bay.
This double-storey property can comfortably accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. The main suite is furnished with a king-size bed and also includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, double vanity and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom contains a king-size bed. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in both of these en-suite bathrooms. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The spacious living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. This space also has a formal lounge area with a fireplace where guests can enjoy a morning coffee while admiring the views. Upstairs is a cosy second lounge with comfy seating and a TV with Netflix. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
The downstairs living area opens onto a spacious outdoor area which has a lounging area, a built-in braai, sun loungers and an inviting swimming pool for guests to cool off on those hot summer days.
