Description

River View offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a double-storey cottage overlooking the Vaal River. The house is situated in the picturesque town of Parys, with its art shops, restaurants, and the Vaal de Grace Golf Club, which is 4 km from the cottage.

The cottage comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, the first and second room has an en-suite shower. The third room en-suite has a bath and shower, as well as an extra guest toilet on the ground floor.

The 2 bedrooms are on the top floor and each contains a queen-size bed and a single bed, accommodating a total of 6 guests. There is aircon in each bedroom. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The third room is on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom, but no air conditioning.

The guest toilet, along with the large open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen, are on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave.

The open-plan living area includes a 10-seater dining table and chairs, and a lounge with a Smart TV with a full selection of DStv channels.

The large verandah has a 10-seater table, where guests can relax and enjoy the river views. In addition, the cottage features braai facilities that include inside and outside built-in braais, uncapped Wi-Fi, a single lock-up garage, and carport for 2 vehicles and an alarm system for security. There are plenty of activities in and around Parys, including a spa just around the corner. The cottage is ideal for a relaxing holiday, and can also be used for conferences.

The property has installed a borehole, Jojo tank, and solar system.
