Lovely. The stay was lovely, very close to our events venue. I would recommend access to reception by having a phone or some way of communication.

Very close to Carnival City, no shower gel or shampoo. If you're at Carnival City for a concert, it's the best option for accommodation. It's 5 minutes away from the arena, so I loved the convenience. Very kind and accommodating staff.

Fair. Sadly, when we wanted to shower in the morning at 8 am, there was no hot water. We could have had extra blankets; there was only a thin blanket and sheet on the bed, and it was cold.

We will be converting our rooms to duvets by the end of the year, with extra blankets in all rooms.
