Description
Rolo Sports House is situated in the Parys Golf and Country Estate, approximately 600 m from the banks of the Vaal River. Within the estate’s perimeter, numerous outdoor activities can be enjoyed in a safe, tranquil environment. The accommodation is suited to families and groups of friends, offering a spacious entertainment area with a built-in braai, a covered patio, and a pool table.
The house comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the other 3 bedrooms each contain 2 three-quarter beds. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and a dressing table that can be used as a workstation if required. Each bedroom also features a private balcony overlooking the golf course. One bathroom is fitted with a bath, while the other bathrooms are fitted with a shower.
The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted with a microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The living area features a dining table, comfortable seating and a TV.
The heated indoor swimming pool measures and is not heated during the winter months. The area can be enclosed to ensure a child-friendly environment. The house maintains a noise-free policy throughout the day and night, as it is set in a tranquil, peaceful setting.
