Rooisee is a breathtaking beach house perfectly positioned on the unspoiled shores of Dwarskersbos, offering an unforgettable beachfront escape. With uninterrupted ocean views and direct beach access, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests seeking peace and tranquillity.
The house features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with a separate guest toilet. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the remaining 2 each contain 2 single beds. Each bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, while one of them also has a bath. Four of the bedrooms boast stunning sea views and open directly onto the first-floor patio. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and a lift provides easy access to the upper level.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The open-plan living area offers a dining table, comfortable seating, and a smart TV. Large windows and sliding doors lead to a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor living space.
