A new apartment with a view of Goedehoop is a charming guest flatlet newly built, located on the ground level of the owner's residence in the peaceful and friendly neighbourhood of Goedehoop, Strand. The property is conveniently situated just 2.4 km from the beach, and a Spar is located only 700 m away for guests’ convenience.

This sunny flatlet comfortably accommodates 2 guests and is furnished with a double bed. It has a private bathroom fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet. Linen and towels are provided for a comfortable stay. There is a couch plus a TV, and a small work station.

Guests have access to a kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2 plate stove, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A Hairdryer is provided. The property also features a swimming pool and a lapa area with a built-in braai, which are ideal for relaxing outdoors. Guests are welcome to bring their own charcoal or wood.

The back garden is enclosed, making it a great space to enjoy the mountain view during winter and walk around the Crescent or enjoy the swimming pool in summer.
