Rose Acres Guest House is located in the heart of Parys in the Free State, conveniently close to major routes and just an hour's drive from Johannesburg and a 2-hour drive from Pretoria.

The guest house features 6 guest suites, each with a king-size bed, an open, en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, and a private entrance leading in from the garden. Bedding and bath towels are provided. In-room amenities include a bar fridge and tea- and coffee-making facilities. All the suites have an open-plan design with tea- and coffee-making facilities, but no cooking utensils. Room 4 can accommodate 2 adults and a child under the age of 10 years while Room 5 is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. There is air conditioning in all the rooms.

Guests can make use of the communal braai facilities and ample, secure undercover parking is provided. If a group want to make use of braai facilities please arrange beforehand. Just book your special occasion beforehand with the owner, whether it be an engagement party, renewal of wedding vows, birthday or wedding anniversary. The braai area can be used for intimate functions or the chapel can be made available on request. Minimum of 2 - 10 people required.

Rose Acres Guest House is close to the center of town with a large variety of shops, banking, entertainment facilities, numerous good restaurants and other activities such as river rafting, skydiving and walking routes.
