Relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The view is stunning and the house is built for the very cold days. Had lovely weather and the kids could do some fishing. This was our 3rd visit and we would definitely book another visit.

Travelled with partner to Clarens, her 1st visit to the town. Had a great time. Had an awesome stay, beautiful farmhouse and surroundings, private and secluded. Absolute peace and quiet, and Clarens town a stone's throw away. Will be visiting annually for sure.

Great place for a getaway with the town amenities close by. The Royal Coachman is nicely situated within a 10-minute drive from Clarens and yet feels further removed from everything. The unit itself is decently appointed and makes for a comfortable stay. The WiFi is not the fastest but is sufficient and a great addition, considering that the normal cellular signal is a bit weak and so has the added benefit of making it possible to do a bit of work if required.
