Description

San Lameer Villa 2601 is a tastefully furnished villa offering self-catering accommodation at San Lameer Estate in Southbroom. The premier golf estate boasts a stunning Blue Flag beach with 24-hour security, shark nets, and lifeguards.

This ground-floor villa can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. Both the third and fourth bedrooms contain 2 single beds and share a bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The spacious living area features a dining table, a comfy lounge suite, a TV with selected DStv channels, and an air-conditioner. It opens onto a wooden deck with braai facilities and a dining table overlooking the leafy estate. The Unit also has uncapped WIFI available to guests. The property has a JoJo tank, providing a reliable source of backup water supply.

The estate offers a hotel with a spa as well as a restaurant, an 18-hole golf course, a bowling green, tennis courts, squash courts, 2 swimming pools, a lagoon with paddle boats, birding trails, a mountain bike trail, and direct access to a beach with lifeguards.

One covered parking space is provided, while additional vehicles must park at the hotel parking bays or at nearby open parking bays allocated in the estate.
