Adequate villa, basic amenities, well located in popular San Lameer estate. Very good unit, although quite old. Well positioned not far from the beach. Comfortable and large beds. TV remote didn't work, the batteries were flat, but customer service was quick and efficient to replace them. Unfortunately, the shower was blocked and unusable. The bath outlet was also slow. These aspects should be checked more regularly.
