Peaceful and highly recommended. What a pleasure to find Sani's Rest. Our hosts welcomed us kindly and explained everything to us. We were provided daily with water, milk, cookies, chocolate, and mosquito strips to match the cleanly equipped cottage. Delicious braai facilities that were also cleaned daily. Full DStv and WiFi was a big plus. The hostess was always very helpful in telling us which attractions we could go to. The property is well located, just behind the main road with a beautiful garden. Underberg is about a 10-minute drive away if you need a supermarket. We would definitely recommend the cottage and will stay there again in the future.

Great Sani Pass base camp. GPS might send you to the closed side of the road, just go around and you'll find a lovely house with easily the most hospitable hosts you'll ever come across.

Cottage was adequate for our needs, small but clean and very friendly hosts. The cottage does need some updates. Bed very comfortable, but lounge chairs are not comfortable. Bathroom needs some work. TV quality was poor, and internet connection was sporadic.

Comfortable stay. Little gem in Himeville. Personal touch and the host is amazing. We were very happy with the stay.

Our hosts offered warm greetings, useful advice, and thoughtful extras (water, milk, rusks, chocolates, mosquito mats) to go with the well-equipped, clean, and comfortable garden cottage. The property is well-located, just behind the main road, and has a beautiful garden. It's two blocks away from restaurants in Himeville, one of which serves pub fare until 10pm. Another serves delicious Asian-inspired food for lunch. Underberg is an eight-minute drive away if you need a supermarket, or tour operators.
