Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note: There is space for one car in the garage, with limited additional parking available within the secure complex. The garage also houses the washing machine. Guests are asked to be considerate of other tenants in the complex.

A compulsory maid service is provided once weekly.

South Africa may experience electricity restrictions; a load-shedding schedule will be provided if applicable.

Guests stay at their own risk. The owners are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage during the stay.

Pets are allowed on the property.

Events are not permitted under any circumstances.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the property.

Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 08:00.

Commercial photography and filming are not allowed.

The maximum number of guests permitted is 6.

Check-in is available between 14:00 and 18:00, and check-out must be completed before 10:00.

Please refrain from playing loud music and be considerate of other tenants. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to report any damages honestly and promptly.
