Description

Sea Studio is a beautiful self-catering house situated in the town of Kleinmond, which is part of the pristine South African whale coast. The house is just 900 m from the main beach.

The house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and two open-plan kitchens dining and living area. The first, second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed, ideal for 2 children. Both bathrooms has a bath and a shower. The one toilet is separate.

The two kitchens is well-equipped for self-catering and include a Smeg gas hob and oven, two fridge-freezers, a microwave, an air-fryer, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a dishwasher as well as an ice machine. We also added a brand new LG washer/dryer combo for your convenience. You can hear the waves breaking from the kitchen. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table. The lounge contains ample seating and a flat-screen TV. A lovely sea view can be enjoyed from the living area. Uncapped Wi-Fi is included with a smart TV.

Situated in the middle of the house is a large open-air braai area. If the weather does not permit a braai, have a glass of local red in front of the fireplace, or binge on Netflix. This property has an inverter that keeps the TV, Wi-Fi and some of the lights on for at least 4 hours.
